1.1. MB "CEMENA" (hereinafter - the Seller), respecting its Buyers, website visitors' right to privacy, undertakes to ensure the protection of their personal data and the implementation of their rights as data subjects.

1.2. This MB "CEMENA" privprivacy policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) - a document approved by the Seller, which contains the basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of Personal Data.

1.3. 4.1. MB "CEMENA" adheres to the following principles when processing personal data:

4.1.1. the principle of legality, fairness and transparency – personal data is processed in a legal, fair and transparent manner in relation to the Data subject;

4.1.2. the principle of limitation of the purpose of personal data - personal data is collected for clearly defined and legitimate purposes set out in the Privacy Policy and is not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;

4.1.3. the principle of reducing the amount of personal data - which means that the processed personal data should be adequate, suitable and only what is needed to achieve the purposes for which they are processed;

4.1.4. the principle of accuracy - which ensures that the Personal Data is accurate and updated when necessary; takes all reasonable measures to ensure that Personal Data that are not accurate, having regard to the purposes of their processing, are promptly deleted or corrected;

4.1.5. the principle of storage duration limitation - Personal data is kept in such a form that the identity of the Data Subjects can be determined no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed;

4.1.6. principle of integrity and confidentiality - Personal data is processed in such a way that adequate security of Personal data is ensured by applying appropriate technical or organizational measures, including protection against unauthorized or illegal data processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

Sources of personal data

5.1. Personal data is obtained:

5.1.1. From the data subject who voluntarily provides them when ordering goods offered by MB "CEMENA" directly or by e-mail. on the website by filling out the order form electronically, by contacting by mail, phone/SMS message or using the KOKO furniture Facebook account.

5.1.2. Directly or by e-mail by phone/SMS message from the data subject, who voluntarily submits them to MB "CEMENA", concluding the purchase-sale contract of the product(s).

5.1.3. From the data subject, who voluntarily receives them directly or by e-mail. by mail, phone/SMS message or using the social network Facebook account, MB CEMENA provides,  contacting with inquiries, requests, complaints.

7.1. Personal data of the Seller MB "CEMENA" are collected and processed only on legal grounds:

10.1. MB "CEMENA" makes every effort to process personal data only:

10.1.1. as long as this information is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations

10.1.2. while MB "CEMENA" is obliged to store such information in accordance with legal acts;

10.1.3. until the data subject requests the destruction of personal data.

10.2. If the valid legal acts of the EU and the Republic of Lithuania do not provide for a storage period for any documents or other information managed by MB "CEMENA", we will store personal data as long as it is necessary to achieve the stated purpose, but no longer than is provided for in the table in Part VI.

11.1. Managing the Personal Data of Customerss data, MB "CEMENA" uses organizational and technical data protection measures, with which it seeks to protect the personal data of Customers from illegal loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.

11.2. In order to ensure maximum protection of personal data, access to personal data is restricted to employees and partners of MB "CEMENA" based on the "need to know" principle.

11.3. MB "CEMENA" employees who process data are obliged to comply with strict personal data processing requirements.

12.1. In relation to his personal data, the Data Subject has the following rights:

Upon receipt of the Data Subject's request for the implementation of personal data rights, MB "CEMENA" undertakes to provide the Data Subject with information on the actions taken in accordance with the Data Subject's request no later than one month from the date of receipt of the Data Subject's request.

12.5. A data subject who believes that his rights have been violated has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority for personal data protection - the State Data Protection Inspectorate, MB CEMENA recommends contacting the responsible representatives of MB CEMENA before submitting an official complaint in order to find an appropriate solution to the problem.



13.1. The Data Subject is responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of the data it provides to MB CEMENA and for any actions performed on the website after logging in using the Data Subject's login data.

13.2. The registered Data Subject is responsible for the storage and/or transmission of his login data to third parties. if the services provided on the website are used by a third person who has connected to the website using the login data of the Data Subject, the Company considers this person to be a Data Subject.
